How does the hands-free feature work?
Wrap the Mega Leash around your waist and either clip directly to the O-ring or thread the CleverClip through the O-ring, cinch the leash, and then clip back on to the D-ring. This shortens the loop and locks the fit in place.
What waist sizes does the hands-free system support?
The Mega Leash hands-free system offers two fixed settings designed to fit waistlines from 27-38 inches.
Setting 1 – 31.5" diameter for 27-30" waistlines.
Setting 2 – 39.4" diameter for 31-38" waistlines.
Is the Mega Leash strong enough for large dogs?
Yes. The Mega Leash is tested to withstand over 1 tonne of force and meets UIAA dynamic fall standards for climbing gear.
Can I use the Mega Leash with a small dog?
Yes. The 3/4" | 19mm webbing is lightweight and perfectly suitable for smaller breeds. The hardware is designed in proportion with the slim webbing.
How long is the Mega Leash?
The Mega Leash is available in two sizes – 5m | 16ft and 10m | 32 ft.
Is the Mega Leash available in other colours?
Currently, the Mega Leash is available in black. Additional colourways may be released in the future.
Does the Mega Leash work with all harnesses and collars?
Yes. The CleverClip can connect to any D-ring on standard collars or harnesses.
