Coda offers simple and free returns within 100 days from your original purchase date.
Use Coda's Self-Service Return Portal to start a free return.
Please repackage the return item securely and ideally in the original box. We ask that returns are kept in good condition where possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
Contact us if you would like to exchange for another item.
You will need to return the original item in its unused condition and original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we'll send out the replacement order.
