Do you offer same-day delivery?
No, express shipping is the fastest delivery speed Coda offers.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, however, PO box deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days because these orders are handled by USPS, Royal Mail, or Australia Post.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Depending how far the order has progressed in the fulfilment process, we may not be able to make changes.
Can I change the delivery date?
We can’t change the delivery date once an order is placed. If you need help, please contact us and we will attempt to cancel the order and place a new order with your preferred delivery timeframe.
