Coda offers free standard shipping on all orders or expedited shipping at an additional cost.

Orders are delivered 7 days a week.

The timeframes below are calculated from the time an order is placed to when it is delivered.

Standard shipping is free and Express Shipping is $10 on all orders.

Orders are shipped from our network of distribution centres and delivery times vary depending on the destination state.

Standard Shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days.

Express Shipping typically takes between 1-4 business days.

How can I track my delivery?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships and you can check shipment updates directly through the carrier’s site.

You can also track your order anytime via the order status page on our website.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No, expedited shipping is the fastest delivery speed we offer.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, however, PO box deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days because these orders are handled by USPS, Royal Mail, or Australia Post.

Can I change the shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Depending how far the order has progressed in the fulfilment process, we may not be able to make changes.

Can I change the delivery date?

We can’t change the delivery date once an order is placed. If you need help, please contact us and we will attempt to cancel the order and place a new order with your preferred delivery timeframe.

Are taxes included in the order total?

All applicable taxes are either included or shown clearly at checkout.
